In the auditorium of the Bogotá Mayor's Office, the architectural finishes were conceived to provide comfort, functionality and a timeless visual identity. The project included the installation of wood wall cladding and ceilings using plain decorative panels in a Quarter-cut Flormorado finish, a species noted for its elegance, uniformity and natural warmth.
This cladding created a sober and welcoming atmosphere, suited to spaces intended for meetings, presentations and high-level institutional activities. The continuity between walls and ceilings contributes to a clean and coherent architectural reading, reinforcing the perception of spaciousness and quality.
Developed by Construcciones Acústicas SAS, this project shows how wood cladding for auditoriums, architectural decorative panels and high-performance interior finishes can transform institutional spaces into more comfortable, representative and functional environments.
