The content of the Website relating to Products, such as specifications, features and photographs, is for guidance only and may occasionally show provisional information. Some Products may have specific conditions and locations for their dispatch or the provision of the service. In such cases, this will be stated in the specific content of the corresponding product. If the Client fails to comply with these conditions, Triplex Acemar SAS will have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivering the product or providing the service. 

The prices and availability shown on the Website apply only to purchases made through it and may differ from those of other stores and/or points of sale. Triplex Acemar SAS makes every effort within its means to offer the information on the Website truthfully and without typographical errors. Should such an error occur at any time, entirely beyond our control, it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a Client has made a purchase decision based on that error, Triplex Acemar SAS will inform the client of the error. Likewise, if an ordered product is not available, the Client will be informed of the lack of availability. Given the online updating nature of the Website, the price or availability of a product may change at any time without prior notice. The price used to calculate the payment and place the corresponding commercial offer will be the one in force at the moment the order is confirmed on the Website’s order form.

The promotions, offers and gifts that the Website may offer apply only to purchases made through it and may differ from those of other stores and/or points of sale. Likewise, the promotions, offers and gifts that our other stores and/or points of sale may offer may differ from those applicable to purchases made through the Website.

When a product is selected, it is automatically added to the shopping cart. There, quantities can be changed or the product removed, according to the purchase intention. It is also possible to obtain an estimate of shipping costs. The shopping cart is for guidance only and does not represent a quote or a commitment to maintain prices on the Website or in other stores and/or points of sale.

Product shipping costs are paid by the client and are calculated according to destination and weight. When a product is added to the cart, an estimate of shipping costs can be obtained. Optionally, the Website may offer different shipping methods with different delivery times and costs, including free shipping. Delivery time and shipping cost conditions may vary, even if this does not represent the best cost or delivery time conditions. 

Once the order is confirmed, the client will be automatically redirected to the payment page, where the corresponding payment process must be followed. Triplex Acemar SAS does not store clients’ financial information. It is the client’s responsibility to follow the recommendations for a secure purchase presented in the Secure Shopping section of this Website. 

By making a purchase, the client authorizes Triplex Acemar SAS, for purposes of control, supervision and commercial information, to make verification calls to the telephone numbers provided during registration, as well as those that may be held in the Triplex Acemar SAS databases.
